THE DISCRIMINATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE COMMON DESIGN TYPES AND THE RATIONAL SELECTION OF THE STATISTICAL METHODS IN MEDICAL EXPERIMENTS

Aim: To improve the medical researchers' discriminative analysis of misused common statistics and the correct utilization ratio of statistics. Methods: To expound clearly the similarities and differences and the applicability of various common design types in medical experiments, and to reveal the cause and harm of these common errors in statistical application. Results: To present the sufficient reasons for irreplacability of the analysis of variance by t test and main points concerning correct application of statistics. Conclusion: Improvement of their utilization of statistics requires that medical researchers should receive constant training in statistics and guidance in order to cooperate with statisticians in the scientific and research work.
