Study On the Performance Evaluating Index System of Achievement Conversion of Public Security’s Science and Technology

Enhancing the content of science and technology in public security field is an important and urgent issue.The performance evaluation of achievement conversion of public security science and technology is one of the important works.Because of the specificity of public security profession and high professional and technical management of the performance evaluation,the performance evaluation index system of achievement conversion of public security science and technology should be established according to the principles of constructing the performance evaluation index system on the basis of in-depth analysis of content and features of achievement conversion of public security science and technology.In this paper,the weight of index at all levels was determined by Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) on the basis of matrix built through expert survey method,consistency test was also done.At last,the performance of achievements conversion was evaluated using integrated way of AHP and fuzzy evaluation method.
