Electrochemical machining (ECM) of curvilinear surf aces is one of the most basic and widely spread amo ng electrochemical technology procedures for machine a nd tool parts. Constant parameters for preset machi ning time are hard to determine in this technology. This article presents a method of creating controlling code for ECM processing for which machining parameters chang ing over time are determined in a computer simulati on of the process. An example of carrying out calculat ions, leading to determining process controlling co de for preset electrode surfaces, is also presented, as we ll as the outcome of experimental verification.
