The Research of an Intelligent Sales System for Standard Parts in Assembly Workshop

This paper is aimed at the problems of messy use of standard parts, large amount of manual distribution, low efficiency of distribution, unable to realize informationalization management, automatic distribution and standardized use of standard parts. According to the structure of logistics object and the development direction of intelligent logistics technology, an intelligent distribution system of standard parts in product assembly field based on distributed intelligent vending machine is developed. The system can deliver the standard parts needed for product assembly in real time and accurately, effectively liberating the labor force in the process of logistics distribution of standard parts, the standardized use, informationalization management and intelligent distribution of standard parts for product assembly are realized, and the level of intelligent manufacturing in the field of product assembly is improved.
