The invention is a mould pressing holographic graphic and text position printing method and device, its method including the steps: 1, making holographic graphic and text template to be printed, which is a transparent plastic film; 2, preparing printing undertaker like paperboard or plastic card printed with common graphic and text; 3, adopting soft printing system to print UV coat on the printing undertaker; 4, felting the holographic graphic and text template and the printing undertaker, and accurately covering the common graphic and text on the printing undertaker to print holographic graphic and text, sending the printing undertaker obtained in step 3 to between the press roller of the printing device and holographic template roller to close felt the holographic template, and the reflector gathers the UV light emitted from the UV lamp in the place where the holographic roller contacts the holographic press roller, to irradiate UV holographic coat in the printing undertaker to make the UV coat instantaneously solidify.
