7 × 463-Gbit/s optical OFDM transmission at 100-GHz WDM spacing over 960 km of SSMF with EDFA-only amplification

We have demonstrated 7 × 463-Gbit/s Optical OFDM transmission over 960 km of SSMF with EDFA-only amplification at 100-GHz WDM spacing. It is confirmed that the intra-channel penalty is dominant compared to inter-channel penalty.
