Processes' optimization tools for web-service oriented organizations' resources - an ehealth application

This paper presents a software framework (called Platform) for rapid development of QoS-sensitive service applications. The framework also provides applications computational services (algorithms) for data processing and decision making, and uses a middleware solutions for service management and QoS-aware composition. An e-health service application is also described as illustrative use-case for our Platform.
