The Design and Optimization of the Stationary Platen of the Injection Molding Machine Based on Pro/E and ADAMS

This paper directly adopts the ADAMS software to carry on the topology optimization of the stationary platen of the 160T injection molding machine based on the analysis of the limited dollar in the environment of the Pro/e and ADAMS software.it builds up the mould of the Stationary Platen of the Injection Molding Machine and carries on the ansys of the limited dollar.Then it carry on the topology optimization of the mould.According the result of the optimization,it puts forward the improving method of the initial platen.Above all It is to find out the best scheme of the allocation of the material-the best distributing form of the tendon.
