Large loam core fixing method

The invention discloses a large load core fixing method. The method is characterized in that core heads and loam cores are combined into a whole through the rigidity and strength of loam core steel pipes, loam core ribs and circular steel, in the modeling box combination process, bottom box ring chains and cover box mold weights apply force to the loam core steel pipes, the loam core ribs and the circular steel in the loam cores, it is guaranteed that the loam cores can bear great buoyancy generated by liquid molten steel in the pouring process, and gas is discharged out of mold cavities through the loam core steel pipes. The large load core fixing method is further characterized in that the method includes the following steps that firstly, each loam core must be integrated; secondly, the ring chains are pre-embedded below the bottom box core heads; thirdly, the lower core heads are designed to meet the requirement for pre-embedding the ring chains; fourthly, the lower core heads must be provided with supporting steel plates; fifthly, the loam cores are hoisted to the positions above the lower core heads; sixthly, gaps are reserved between cover plate core steel pipes and the load core steel pipes; seventhly, the ring chains are tightened; eighthly, the mold weights are put on the upper portions of the ring chains; and ninthly, water and decomposers are discharged. The large load core fixing method has the beneficial effects that the problems that load cores float, the gas is not smoothly discharged, and sand removal is difficult are solved.
