Video Security Responsibilities Identified Method Based on Bit Commitment

In order to ensure the safe transmission of the video content on the public network and the responsibility identification,on the basis of fully considering the video encoding and tampering features,a method for extracting video features,and make bit commitment to the feature extraction data is provided. By verifying bit commitment it can determine whether the video is tampered and locate the tampered area. In the case of illegal video transmission,the sender reveals the commitment to achieve responsibility identification. Experimental results show that,the computational complexity is small,and it has good security and credibility.
