Banner year for UPE

Greetings! This has been a fabulous year for Upsilon Pi Epsilon. This year saw an unprecedented number of new chapters, including our first ever chapter in Mexico. In addition, UPE reached an all-time high for student awards distributed in 2003-04, crossing the $30,000 mark for the first time.
