System and method for predicting life cycle of parts of plc

A system for predicting the life of PLC parts according to the present invention comprises a temperature sensor unit for measuring the temperature of parts; a control unit for calculating the remaining life of the parts based on the temperature of the parts measured by the temperature sensor unit and sending a display signal to a display unit; and the display unit for displaying the remaining life of the parts. Also, a method for predicting the life of PLC parts according to the present invention comprises a step of measuring the temperature of the parts; a step of calculating the remaining life of the parts based on the measured temperature of the parts; and a step of displaying the remaining life of the parts on the display unit. As the result of the composition, the present invention can accurately predict the remaining life of the parts by considering the influence according to the temperatures.
