Optimal path selection of oil and gas network based on dynamic programming

The objective of oil and gas pipeline network optimal path selection is to minimize the operation cost of pipeline network.Taking the minimum of total operation cost of oil and gas pipeline network as the objective function,this paper builds mathematical model for optimal path selection and solves this model by using dynamic programming.A practical example showed that the method of dynamic programming can be applied in optimizing the operation and management of oil and gas pipeline network.Also,the optimal path which has minimized operation cost can be selected and the minimized operation cost of selected path can be calculated.
