Strategic total quality management—transformation process overview
暂无分享,去创建一个
This paper presents new dimensions for management of quality which is based on a philosophy known as strategic total quality management (STQM). STQM is based on the premise that quality should be determined on the basis of the overall performance of the firm and not solely of the product. STQM therefore takes into account criteria such as product quality, environmental safety, integrity and social responsibility. The new dimensions of quality are introduced as well as a transformation process to achieve STQM.
