Feasibility and Guidelines for the Development of Microgrids on Campus-Type Facilities

Abstract : This report describes the work conducted under the project EW 1710 Feasibility and Guidelines for the Development of Microgrids in Campus-Type Facilities, sponsored by the Department of Defense (DoD)'s Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP). The objective of this work was to explore the feasibility of and provide guidelines for the development of microgrids in campus-type facilities. This work was carried out through the development of a methodology including technology assessment, as well as modeling and simulation.
