Comparison of two apheresis systems for the collection of CD14+ cells intended to be used in dendritic cell culture

BACKGROUND:  Monocytes collected by leukapheresis are increasingly used for dendritic cell (DC) culture in cell factories suitable for DC vaccination in cancer.
