Photomicrography of Corneal Endothelial Cells in vivo

WE have described the principles of operation for a microscope designed to examine objects embedded in highly reflecting or scattering biological materials1. We present here the first successful application of this device to the observation of endothelial cells lining the inside of the cornea.
