Design of Energy Sub-metering in University Library

The background and the purpose of energy sub-metering in large public buildings,and a total energy sub-metering solution based on a detailed energy consumption analysis of the library are introduced.With the implementation of this solution,the real-time building energy consumption can be monitored,the rationality of the building operating mode can be determined and the rationality of equipment system energy consumption can be evaluated,as to master the real-time building energy consumption situation and take energy-saving measures in time.The measure can not only reduce the building energy consumption,play an exemplary role of the experimental unit,but also accumulate data for the establishment of energy policy.
