Allocation method and device for physical downlink control channel resources

The invention discloses an allocation method and device for physical downlink control channel resources. The method comprises the steps that for a cell located in a coverage-limited scene, a first PDCCH is reserved in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing symbol occupied by a non-cell reference signal of the control domain of each downlink sub-frame of the cell; according to the priority of data needing PDCCH resource allocation, the data with the priority meeting the set condition are determined; the first reserved PDCCH is allocated to the determined data with the priority meeting the set condition. According to the technical scheme, the novel PDCCH resource allocation method is provided for the cell located in the coverage-limited scene, and the problem that the coverage capacity of the PDCCH can not be effectively adjusted by adjusting the power of the PDCCH or the power of a cell reference signal in the prior art is solved.
