Analog circuits based on the synchronization of field-line coupled spin-torque oscillators

We use micromagnetic and circuit-level simulations to study field-line coupled spin-torque oscillators (STOs). In this circuit, all STOs are magnetically coupled to a current-carrying wire. This turns them into three-terminal devices, giving way to novel circuit designs. As an application example, we show how the STOs can be synchronized via feedback through the field line and how such circuit can be used in analog image processing applications.
