APPLYING GIS SOFTWARE TO MEASURE THE ANATOMICAL QUANTITIVE CHARACTER OF PLANT IN TYPICAL STEPPE

The problem of measure and samples can be solved by combining the plant anatomy with the ecology.Presently,the measure of the plant anatomy is still limited by the level of intelligentized instruments.However,conforming to the statistics method in the ecology,the problem of whole background environment could be reflected by taking massive samples.If we used the microscope in traditional measure method,the workload would be very great.According to vectorization pictures which were made by the GIS software,the area,the thickness and the cell quantity of tissue cells were rapidly and correctly calculated.Thereby the anatomical mechanism of individual plant miniaturization was revealed successfully in the typical steppe.Comparing with traditional measure,this method remarkably increased the work efficiency and the veracity of data.
