Measurement of Oil Capacity in Oil Tanks With Integral Method

According to the need of measurement and calculation of oil capacity in two typical oil tanks,calculation method of oil capacity in two typical oil tanks was derived based on mathematic integral principle.For different oil tanks and different moisture contents,conversion tables of oil capacity under different liquid surface levels were obtained.Practical applications show that measuring result is accurate and reliable,prictical production problem is solved,and measuring accuracy of crude oil is improved.It can be applied to measurement of fluid capacity for oil tank in other fields.
