This paper introduced the structure of the double room type forging furnace,and emphatically expounds the way of energy-saving and effects about the forging furnace.Using structure of the double roof extended heat exchanger longevity,shorten the time of heating empty furnace,delayed the top speed of fire-resistant layer stripping and reduced maintenance cost,Furnace refractory use immediately pouring by Phosphates refractory concrete,Exhaust system using the device of the waste heat utilization,and set the gas pressure valve,made the pressure of furnace controlled,Using multipoint emissions smoke on the furnace bottom,this way can made temperature of furnace uniform,The combustion system adopts automatic control.This type structure do favor to the production and energy saving,improved labor conditions,reduce air pollution and improved quality of forgings.
