According to the oil pot capable of quantificationally pouring the oil, the telescopic sleeve device is arranged at the spout, thus the amount of oil poured each time can be controlled; and the distance between the sealing plate and a step surface of the inner wall and the telescopic length of the sleeve can be adjusted according to needs of every family, so that the effect of adjusting the amount of poured oil can be realized.
