BiCMOS OEIC for optical storage systems
暂无分享,去创建一个
A high-speed low-offset BiCMOS optoelectronic integrated circuit (OEIC) for optical storage systems is described. No process modifications were necessary implementing a so-called double photodiode (DPD). Measurements showed –3 dB frequencies of more than 150 MHz for the DPD and more than 44 MHz for the OEIC.
