Automatic Control of Pipe-main Steam Pressure and Actualizing Scheme

To the problem that it is difficult to perform for automatic control of pipe-main steam pressure,an independent control system of pipe pressure is presented.The information exchanging scheme between the system and every DCS of boilers is planed,and the calculating method for pressure adjusting boilers to identify total specified load of pipe-main steam on line is proposed.Equal-rate criterion is applied to make optimal distribution for boilers load so as to obtain a sort of pipe pressure automatic control scheme which is used for both of control quality and economic of sets.The application result shows the scheme is easy to realize and possesses high control precision and good coal saving effect.
