Resource allocation method and apparatus based on v2v

The embodiments of the present invention relate to a resource allocation method and apparatus based on V2V. The method comprises: a base station receives a resource request message sent by a first user equipment; according to the resource request message, the base station recognizes a level type corresponding to the first user equipment; and if the base station recognizes that the level type corresponding to the first user equipment is a high priority type, and the number of blocks of idle V2V resources in a first resource pool is less than a first pre-set threshold value, or the number of blocks of needed resources calculated by the base station according to the amount of data to be sent by the first user equipment and a modulation and coding scheme is greater than the number of blocks of idle V2V resources in the first resource pool, the V2V resources from the V2V resources occupied by a second user equipment in the first resource pool or from a second resource pool are allocated for the first user equipment. The resource allocation method and apparatus based on V2V provided in the embodiments of the present invention can ensure the quality of service of a user equipment of a high priority type.
