Rethinking the Process Concept and Analysis from Money Drawing Process

Based on the analysis of money drawing process, the concepts of process, stage, task, operation are discussed. The misunderstandings on generally using of process concept is pointed out, such as, people can't be thought as operated object, the customer object and requirement are easy omitted in process analysis, the system range is defined too narrow, the cooperation problem may be met when there are more than two kinds of operators in one system, and so on. Based the analysis, the importance of system object are emphasized, the opinion that there should be at least two levels in a process structure is pointed out —— the bottom one should be relative atomic operation. The conclusion is: a process shouldn't be optimized if the atomic operation didn't be considered in analyzing. Finally a modified money drawing solution is given.
