Water treatment device and method by using a combination of wetland and contact oxidation filtration facilities

A water treatment device by combining a wetland with contact oxidation filtration facilities and a method thereof are provided to perform an ecological function by forming a top side of purifying facilities as a wetland, and simultaneously perform a physical purifying function and a biological function by vertically combining the wetland with contact oxidation filtration facilities, thereby efficiently purifying water within a short time. A flux distribution control unit(100) is installed at the waterside for reducing energy of influent(10) and equally supplying the influent to a wetland. The wetland is connected with the flux distribution control unit, composed of marsh plants purifying the influent and a vegetation part for planting the marsh plants. A porous pipe(300) is horizontally installed at a lower part of the wetland for flowing the purified influent out to one side. An overflow pipe(400) is inserted into the wetland. One end of the overflow pipe is integrated with the porous pipe for controlling a water level of the wetland by flowing a part of the influent out to the porous pipe. A sedimentation tank(500) is installed under one side of the porous pipe and is connected with one side of the porous pipe for collecting and storing the influent falling from the porous pipe and precipitating impurities not filtered through the purification. A contact oxidizing tank(600) is connected with the sedimentation tank and biologically purifies the influent through a function media unit simultaneously performing an anaerobic function and an aerobic function. A filtering tank(700) is connected with the contact oxidizing tank under the porous pipe, and finally removes fine sludge and floating matters through a filter installed inside.
