Analysis on factors influenced to heading speed of seam gateway with bolt and steel mesh combined support system in Wangjiashan Mine

In order to improve the heading speed of the seam gateway with the bolt and steel mesh support system, according to the heading certain conditions of the transportation gateway in No.45407 coal mining face in Wangjiashan Mine and base on the site survey and measurements and the causal analysis, the paper analyzed the factors to the heading speed of the in seam gateway with the bolt and steel mesh combined support influenced individually by the equipment, management, environment, support parameters, procedure and technology.The analysis results showed that on the premise of the natural condition complicated and the equipment set completed, to improve the heading speed of the in seam gateway would be first to start with the management, procedure and technology.The key circular point should have the simultaneous operation in the procedure period.The check-up system should be improved and be in detail.The coal cutting time should be reduced and a high qualified team should be trained.Also the paper made the related countermeasures.
