Principles for Utilization of Seawater in the Flue‐Gas Desulfurization Process

The Flake-Hydro Process (SWFGD) is a flue gas desulfurization method in which sea water is used for absorption of sulfur dioxide. Shenzhen West Power Plant Unit 4 (300MW) imported this technology from Norway and installed SWFGD system. At present, the operational situation is good. All performance guarantees are secured.
