Video coding method and apparatus by using motion compensation frame selective filtering and inter prediction method and apparatus therefor

PURPOSE: An image encoding/decoding method using a selective filter of a movement compensation frame and method and device for inter-predicting for the same are provided to removes temporal duplication of a residual frame by filtering the movement compensation frame. CONSTITUTION: A current frame of an image is compensated/estimated. A motion compensation frame is generated(S910). The motion compensation frame is selectively filtered per filtering block. A filtered motion compensation is generated(S920). A residual frame which is a difference of the current frame and the filtered movement compensation frame is transformed and quantized(S930).
