A dichotomy exists for many employees in that their employers are often unwilling to give them time off work to study, and for many full time education is simply not a practical option. As a result of this many more peple than ever before are turning to distance-learning courses.Durham university Business School moved into the distance-learning MBA market in 1988. To better taior service provision to user need the author carried out an investigation into the informaiton needs of DUBS distance-learners
