Establishment of individual simulation modeling system for sacroiliac joint damage

Objective:To explore the guidance effect of computer simulation for the operation of sacroiliac joint damage. Methods:The models of 12 sacroiliac joints by computer simulation according X-ray and CT data were performed,and then analyzed damage condition and adjacent structures. "Internal fixation" was simulated by the MEDCAD system and the effect of different needling points was evaluated by biomechanical and anatomic technique. Results:The computer simulation system can display the sacroiliac joint damage sufficiently and guide the best plan before operation. Conclusions:Establishment of individual simulation modeling system for sacroiliac joint damage is an ideal system to guide the treatment for sacroiliac damage.
