Uplink physical control information transmitting method, base station and UE (user equipment)

The invention discloses uplink physical control information transmitting method, a base station and UE (user equipment). The method comprises channel information feedback based on non-periodic PUSCH (physical uplink shared channel) and channel information feedback based on periodic PUCCH (physical uplink control channel). The base station activates the UE to receive one or more downlink SCCs (secondary component carriers). The base station notifies the UE of resources used for transmitting non-periodic uplink control information. The UE performs joint coding on CSIs (channel state indicators) of the downlink CCs (component carriers) including downlink SCCs and/or downlink PCC (primary component carriers) through the resources and then transmits to the base station. The base station performs downlink scheduling based on the CSIs. The UE periodically feeds back the CSIs of the downlink CCs to the base station so that the base station can track the CSI change of the downlink CCs. Through the adoption of the invention, challenges in the design of uplink physical control information transmitting method of the LTE (long term evolution) R-10 system can be coped with.
