Mobility Objects and Technologies

Based on a summary and abstraction of various classical mobility management technologies, reference models of mobility management are presented in this chapter, including protocol reference model identifying the critical control functions and network reference model abstracting the function entities. Typical mobility management technologies are analyzed accordingly.
