Analysis of double 2-vote-2 fault-tolerant architecture used in Computer-based Interlocking System

It was analyzed the architecture of double 2-vote-2 Computer-based Interlocking System by using Markov model. The failure rates were divided into several different parts. The reliability and safety could be analyzed according to the effects of each part of the failure rate by using computer. The result showed that the double 2-vote-2 fault-tolerant architecture satisfied requirements of high reliability and safety in Computer-based Interlocking System.
