Unified model metrics and constraints for assessing network energy use and cost based on most likely traffic profiles

We consider the most likely demand matrices of cost- and energy-constrained communication networks of peers to identify benchmark traffic profiles and metrics for assessing the efficiencies of architectures and technologies, and the implications of constraints.
