A generic digital transceiver calibration module

Phased array radar systems typically utilize calibration network coupling to the transceiver for channel amplitude and phase calibration. The calibration network is stable and reliable, and the influence of the external factors is small, and the accuracy of the amplitude and the phase can be guaranteed. The design implements a generic digital transceiver calibration module, mainly composed of the analog front-end, single channel digital transceiver module and DC/DC power supply, and can realize the broadband and narrowband compatible design through the RF direct sampling. The design has a simple circuit form, in favor of miniaturization, integration, etc.
