Preliminary Discussion of Direct Electricity Purchasing

From the viewpoint of economics and marketing,combining the theories such as scale economics,excitation mechanism and so on with direct electric power purchase by large consumers and based on the history and present situation of performing direct electric power purchase in China,the authors expound the existing problems of domestic direct electric power purchase by large consumers,and propose the thinking to solve these problems,i.e.,forming a complete set of laws and regulations matching with direct electric power purchase by large consumers,enhancing communication,unifying understandings,perfecting pricing mechanism,strengthening supervision,etc.,to promote the healthy development of direct electric power purchase by large consumers in China.
