Using different software for analysis and grouping of different traits in the physiology sciences are one of guidelines that described analysis and experiments. SPSS software for cluster analysis and grouping of products and SAS software for variance analysis and compared of data that obtained from experiments are used. In this test for cluster analysis and grouping of wheat varieties in protein were performed by using the SPSS software. The analysis of variance and compared of data were performed by using the SAS software. Results showed that cluster analysis in different cultivars of wheat protein can be grouped into three distinct groups: Cultivars with high protein levels (include: Arta, Toos, Hirmand, Marvdasht, Tajan, Sistan, Darya and Hamoon), cultivars with moderate protein levels (include: Atrac, Nicknejad, Bahar and Iniya), and low protein cultivars (include: Bayat, Line A, Alborz, Roshan, Bam, Dez and Shiroudi). The compared levels of this study were 5% and 1%. Analysis of variance and means comparison the results by using the SAS software showed that had a significant effect on protein percentage at 1% probability level. Means comparison by using this software also showed that protein percentage of Darya variety with 2.64% was the highest and Alborz variety protein percentage with 1.48% was the lowest grain protein.
