The performance of hydraulic excavator arm is optimized by using finite element analysis method.Taking the product performance optimization as object,using ANSYS software as the platform,through establishing the parametric model,the paper studies the application effect of optimization design methods in excavator arm design.The experimental results before and after the optimization show the optimized method can effectively improve the product design process.This work may provide a reference for the design of similar parts.
