Features of the Generalized Heterogeneous Information Resource Representation Language

The development of new information processing technologies and of computer systems of the new generation depends on the ability to integrate different capabilities of new rapidly growing techniques (e.g. object oriented databases, deductive databases, persistent programming, logical programming, or distributed problem solving) preserving at the same time the ability to reuse all the existing information resource repository.
