Analysis and Study of Influence of Nonlinearities on Very Long Span Cable-Stayed Bridge

The influence of nonlinearities on very long span cable-stayed bridge structure must be considered in the design.In this paper,the nonlinearity effect of a cable-stayed bridge witi span length over 1 000 m at both construction and operation stages is studied.The influence of nonlinearities on the internal forces and deformation of the bridge is analyzed.As a result,the mechanism of the influence on the internal forces and deformation of the very long span cable-stayed bridge is made clear,and measures for reducing the influence on the bridge are proposed.
