It studies the finite length of the rotor of hydrodynamic bearing,and the rotor is generated the oil film forces with the effects of oil film,under the conditions of the static nonlinear,and analyzes the oil film forces with the vertical direction(the direction of y)and horizontal direction(the direction of x),while the nonlinear dynamic model of rotor system is established.Combining the theory of nonlinear dynamics and numerical calculation method,and it obtains the relationship of oil film force and structure parameters change of graphics and the relationship of eccentricity and sommerfeld dimensionless load parameters of graphics,obtaining the stability of critical speed. Obtains the results that the hydrodynamic journal bearing structure parameters change has great influence on the oil film force,piecewise interpolation and orthogonal table obtains a set of suitable data,while combination with graphical analysis of the stability of operation of bearing,and the obtained of data is reasonable.
