Method for transmitting contents in a smart home environment

When moving and sharing content, a method provided by the present invention collects and intuitively displays network status information, a terminal location, and terminal characteristics and displays the network status information, the terminal location, and the terminal characteristics through a selected terminal by controlling the quality of the content adaptively according to the selection of a user. The content transmitting method of a smart home environment according to the present invention includes the following steps of: measuring the network status of a terminal device which is included in a home network which composes the smart home environment; recognizing terminal information which includes the location and characteristics of the terminal device; and displaying the terminal device which enables a user to be able to replay the content on the screen of the mobile terminal which replays the current content based on the network status and the terminal information.
