Flexible Transceiver with Format-Transparent Digital Signal Processing for Ultra-large Data-rate Transmissions

Flexible transceivers using high speed digital-to-analog converters, format-transparent digital signal processing and novel modulation formats are presented and discussed for future agile optical networks.
