Traitement du cancer par inhibition combinee de telomerase et d'activites hsp90

L'invention concerne un procede et un necessaire destines a inhiber la proliferation de cellules cancereuses, sur la base d'une combinaison d'un inhibiteur de HSP90 et d'un inhibiteur de telomerase. Lorsqu'ils sont utilises en therapie contre le cancer, ces deux composes combines ameliorent l'efficacite du traitement contre le cancer obtenu a l'aide d'un inhibiteur de HSP90 seul ou d'un inhibiteur de telomerase seul. De preference, l'efficacite est de nature supra-additive ou synergique par rapport aux effets combines d'agents individuels, avec une exacerbation minimale des effets secondaires.
