Correction to "Stable adaptive controller design - Part II: Proof of stability"

Errors in the work by K.S. Narendra et al. (IEEE Trans. Autom. Control, vol. AC-25, pp. 440-448, 1980) are corrected. The errors are in remarks and in the proofs of lemmas 4 and 5.
