On Problems and Strategies in Personnel Administration of Colleges and Universities

Personnel administration situation of colleges and universities and its features are expounded and existing problems and the purposes of deepening personnel system reform are analyzed.Some suggestions are put forward: improving qualities of personnel administration workers,establishing a scientific outlook on development,holding the concept of people-oriented,strengthening management,building scientific and reasonable appraisal system as well as new-typed personnel administration system in colleges and universities and developing talents potential.
